  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: During start up of the OMEGAMON         *
  *                      Collector the D5API Collector           *
  *                      connecting to a DB2 subsystem on        *
  *                      behalf of an Agent abends with system   *
  *                      completion code 0C4. The abend is       *
  *                      percolated to module KO2ACONB. Message  *
  *                      KO2I0170U is issued and preceded by     *
  *                      message FPEV0113S and FPEV0169E.        *

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  During start up of the OMEGAMON Collector a PE Server subtask
  is started to monitor a configured DB2 subsystem. PE Server
  signals the completion of the start up sequence and therefore
  the D5API tries to retrieve data from PE Server. While data
  retrieval is in progress, the PE Server subtask detects that
  required packages are not bound for the monitored DB2 subsystem,
  issues message FPEV0169E and terminates. The D5API Collector
  abends because resources have been released. The abend is
  percolated to module KO2ACONB, message KO2I0170U is issued
  and a dump is taken.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The code has been corrected accordingly to signal completion of
  the monitoring PE Server subtask start up sequence after
  required resources are available.
