  • Sometimes error message MSGIQC3002E is displayed even when a
correct checkpoint is provided.  This can happen only when
running with FUNCTION REPROCESS.  The error message appears as:
  IQC3002E Invalid CHKPT Identification number

Sometimes error message MSGIQC3002E is displayed even when a
correct checkpoint is provided.  This can happen only when
running with FUNCTION REPROCESS.  The error message appears as:
  IQC3002E Invalid CHKPT Identification number

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • When running the REPROCESS function and the CHKPT LAST
option is used with a checkpoint that is earlier than any
checkpoint found, user will not receive the "IQC3002E Invalid
CHKPT Identification number", instead the user will receive the
"IQC3018E Checkpoint ID > Checkpoint specified" message.
