  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When the PE Server subtask processes a data retrieval request,
  load module DGOVDS tries to match the request to the requesting
  TCP/IP session. The match fails because a previously processed
  request has not been cleared completely. Referenced storage,
  which is accessed for comparison purposes, has already been
  released and therefore Abend 0C4 occurs.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The code has been corrected accordingly to verify the contents
  of a data retieval request and to clear the contained
  references.
