PI49657: STARTING A DYNAMIC CUBE FROM CUBE DESIGNER FAILS

• Closed as documentation error.

Error description

• When publishing a Dynamic Cube for the first time with option
  "Start the dynamic cube" selected, the following error message
  will be displayed: BMT-MD-6629 Unable to find a running Query
  Service at the configured dispatcher: http://server.ibm.com:9300
  This happens as long as the Dispatcher URI in the Dynamic Cube
  Designer Configuration is not identical to the Dispatcher URI in
  the Cognos BI Server Configuration, or when the Dispatcher URI
  in the Cognos BI Server Configuration contains upper case.
  This also prevents the usage of a proxy between the client and
  the BI Server.
  

Local fix

• Starting the Dynamic Cube is successful when the Cognos BI
  Server Dispatcher URI is identical to the Dynamic Cube Designers
  Dispatcher URI. In case the Cognos BI Server Dispatcher URI is
  listed in upper case, the Cube Designers Configuration needs to
  be in lower case.
  
  Alternatively start the Dynamic Cube through the functionalities
  available in Cognos Administration.
