Error description
Liberty profile V8.5.5.6 is shipped with full EJB 3.2 support which includes support for EJB 2.x session beans along with the XMI binding and extension file support. When adding an EAR containing an EJB2.1 module with a Stateless Session bean that has a runAs configuration, the Liberty profile server throws the following exception: CWWKC2259E: Unexpected child element enterpriseBean of parent element methodElements encountered in the /META-INF/ibm-ejb-jar-ext.xmi deployment descriptor on line 6
Local fix
Removing any <enterpriseBean> child elements of the <methodElements> element from /META-INF/ibm-ejb-jar-ext.xmi deployment descriptor will remove the error.

Problem conclusion
The code handling parsing of the ibm-ejb-jar-ext.xmi deployment descriptor has been updated to handle the child element <enterpriseBean> The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.9. Temporary fix
