Error description
In worklight console set status of an application to be "Active, Notifying" and input the message Expected result: The message is displayed the next time that the app is started or resumed. The message is displayed only once. Actual result: The message is displayed randomly. When the app is killed and started again, the message sometimes will be shown again. It happens in both Android and iOS.
