APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CKPPTHCK will intermittently fail to load a subset of PLAN_TABLE
  records for the current package.
  
  So even though there were no SQL changes in the DBRM, Path
  Checker ends with COND CODE 4 and there are unexpected INSERTS
  or DELETES like the following in the Path Checker SYSPRINT.
