Error description

• The number of outstanding jobs for an endpoint are not being
  shared among the schedulers and can cause jobs to be routed to
  the wrong server.

  The number of outstanding jobs for an endpoint was not being
  shared among the schedulers. This would cause jobs to be routed
  to
  the wrong server and would throw off workload balancing.
  

Problem conclusion

• The job count for each server is now updated in the current
  server as well as all other servers whenever a change occurs.
  
  APAR PI48714 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix
  Pack 8.5.5.10 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5 and Fix
  Pack 8.0.0.6 of WebSphere Extended Deployment Compute Grid V8.0.
