Error description

• On the CUA KD2OSQLD (SQL Call Being Executed) panel, customer
  gets error " >> OB0900: Command TESQ is not a valid command <<"
  after pressing the F21 key (Process SQL) which is thought to be
  an EXPLAIN function to see the SQL of a currently running thread
  on that panel.

  EXPLAIN functionality for the CUA is an obsoleted functionality
  based on the obsoleted DB2/EXPLAIN product which has been
  replaced by SQL/PA in Classic.

  from CUA. CUA will not have any Explain functions for SQLs.
