Problem conclusion

• This APAR fixes the following problems:
  
  PSSR job issues MSGFABS3653E when all of the following condition
  are met:
  
  - APAR PI34435 / PTF UI26020 has been applied.
  - PSSR processes a HALDB.
  - The input unloaded data sets are concatenated.
  - The unloaded data sets are created in compressed format or *SH
    format.
  
  Reload job issues MSGHPSR0004E when all of the following
  conditions are met:
  
  - APAR PI34435 / PTF UI26020 has been applied.
  - Reload job processes a HALDB which has more than 2,147,483,647
    segment occurrences.
  - The input unloaded data sets are concatenated.
  - The unloaded data sets are created in compressed format.
