  full profile optimized local adapters (WOLA) implementation,
  the performance of the zosLocalAdapters feature of Liberty
  profile is poor.

Problem conclusion

• Code was added to improve the performance of the
  zosLocalAdapters feature when processing inbound requests.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
