Error description

• If the HLO started task has been active for an extended period,
  a memory leak can result in storage obtain errors.  The
  following message will be seen in the started task output:
    HLOG8003E Storage obtain failed.
              Module=HLOSUSQA Storage area= VALP, RC=00000004
  

Local fix

• Cycle the started task.
