PI48145: ABEND0C4 IN CSECT ALACFRR

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If option to report on commit frequency is in effect, a S0C4
  abend may occur. The problem is due to un-initialized registers
  entering 64 bit mode. The occurrence of the S0C4 depends on what
  z/OS has placed in those registers prior to invoking the module,
  so the problem may not occur in all cases/releases of z/OS.
