  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Fixes for the QMF for TSO/CICS V11.2    *
  *                      product. This PTF should be applied     *
  *                      to the QMF for TSO/CICS V11.2 GA        *
  *                      product.                                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  For prompted and query-by-example (QBE) queries, add
  TABLE keyword support for the RUN QUERY command. Without
  this PTF, users attempting to use the TABLE keyword on
  the RUN QUERY command containing a prompted or QBE query
  will abend.
  *
  When editing an object with the Enhanced Editor and
  DSQEC_CURR_FOLDER global variable value length is zero, a
  warning is issued and the Enhanced editor processing stops.
  *
  CMVC defect 1612
  RUN QUERY w/ TABLE allows both FORM and ACTION keywords to be
  used at the same time when the value of ACTION is changed from
  the prompt panel. The FORM keyword should not be allowed when
  the TABLE keyword is used on the RUN QUERY command.

  CMVC defect 1607
  The EDIT command without an object type specification against
  a table or view is not working when the user is on the
  QUERY or PROC panels. For example, EDIT Q.STAFF (where Q.STAFF
  is a table or view) when entered on any QMF command line
  should bring up the QMF Table Editor. Instead, the user gets
  'Q.STAFF cannot be found.' The user can enter
  EDIT TABLE Q.STAFF as a workaround until this PTF is applied.

  CMVC defect 1615
  The COMMENT keyword is not working for the RUN QUERY command
  when used with the TABLE keyword.
  *
  Using the QMF family of products and starting QMF/TSO with
  a resource group created by QMF HPO and QMF/Wrk causes an
  ABEND0C4 in DSQIRCTL. This is the QMF/TSO 11.2 PTF for
  PI45190.
  *
  CMVC defect 1580
  DSQ14111 'You have no more storage space' when retrieving
  LOB data in cases where there is enough storage and when
  the length of the LOB data is 0. Module DSQILOBM was
  using a 32K buffer to retrieve LOB data even when the
  size of the data was 0.
  *
  CMVC defect 1610
  When using PF4 from the ERASE command prompt panel to list
  all of the folder objects in the database, user receives:
  'Sorry, a system error occurred. Your command may not have
  completed'. When pressing PF1 for more information the
  following is seen:
  DSQ10352 'Invalid function code of '0' encountered as input to
  DI function.'
  *
  CMVC defect 1569
  When encountering various CONNECT error conditions, the user
  may see a blank line above the command line and may not know
  an error occurred. If they press PF1, they can see error
  information. This fix adds an error indicator so the user
  knows there was a problem during CONNECT processing.
  *
  CMVC defect 1600
  The RENAME command is not handling the "TO" directive
  correctly. It assumes that when the "TO" directive is
  not the 3rd positional parameter that it is an object name.
  

Problem conclusion

• All QMF 11.2 users should apply this fix.
