Error description

• New parameters (VUU075/ULNULLP, one per output format) to be set
  via Tools Customizer would be added.
  * Padding for NULL values, format .... (VUU075/ULNULLP)
  This parameter is optional. It specifies whether the padding
  character is used to fill the output field when a null value is
  unloaded.
  
  Specify one of the following values:
    NO: When a null value is unloaded, the output field is filled
  with binary zeros(x'00').
    YES: When a null value is unloaded, the output field is filled
  with the padding character.
  The default value is YES.
