PI47865: TEAMCITY SOURCE CONFIG PLUGIN DOES NOT CLEAN TEMP FOLDER

Error description

• The version 3 of the TeamCity Source Config plugin:
  
  https://developer.ibm.com/urbancode/plugin/teamcity-ibmucd/
  
  downloads files from TeamCity to a temporary folder identified
  by the Java property: java.io.tmpdir folder.
  
  After uploading these files to a new version in CodeStation, the
  plugin should remove the downloaded files from the temporary
  folder, but does not currently do so.
  

Local fix

• Manually delete the files from the folder identified by
  java.io.tmpdir.
