APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This APAR improves the performance of loading clients security
  context from the runtime database in session-indepent mode,
  where the server is configured to store the security context
  (attribute store) in the runtime database. This fix increases
  the maximum number of transactions per second that the server
  can handle.
