Error description

• When using the CLI, an HTTP adapter invocation failure message
  may not reveal the real failure cause. Instead, the following
  error will be displayed: "Feed not found error, FeedBurner
  cannot locate this feed URI."

  * a 'feed', and thus the error message does not explain the    *
  * root cause of the error.                                     *

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified so it displays a generic Invalid Server
  Request error and then it outputs what caused the error.
  So now in the case of the context of the error in this work item
  it says
     Error: Invalid Server Request.
     White spaces are required between publicId and systemId.
  
  No further action needs to be taken after installing the fix.
