Error description

• When the termination of DBRC subtask was not clean, ORF
  dynamically allocates ORFSNP01 DD to write a snap dump to
  SYSOUT.

  If the termination of DBRC subtask is not clean, ORF
  dynamically allocates ORFSNP01 DD to write a snap
  dump to SYSOUT.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR makes the following changes to IMS Online
  Reorganization Facility
   - Stop allocating the ORFSNP01 DD dynamically and writing a sna
     dump when the termination of DBRC subtask is not clean
   - Revised inter-task communications to prevent unclean
     termination of DBRC subtask from occurring
