Error description

• If adding the Cordova Splash plug-in to a MFP iOS Cordova
  application, elements placed in index.html such as a text field
  or a button are not clickable. W/out the plug-in, they are
  clickable.

Problem conclusion

• MobileFirst Cordova applications now determines if the Cordova
  Splash Screen plugin is installed before creating the default
