Error description

• When database is configured with DDF=NO, incorrect data
  is displayed on Omegamon screens and workspaces for DDF
  and error messages are in log.
  KO2O1958E NO DATA ADDRESS FOUND FOR IFCID CSTA (DPSRMSUB)
  issued every 3 minutes.
  

Local fix

• set DB2 for z/OS DDF startup option to YES
  or do not use "subsystem management" and corresponding
  situations.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When database is configured with DDF=NO parameter, database
  does not provide section with DDF data in IFCID 1.
  Omegamon expected to have this section always and could not
  process IFCID 1 data without DDF section correctly.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Logic in routines has been changed to process IFCID 1 data
  without DDF section and to show N/C, N/P or zero for DDF fields.
