ABENDS00C4 occurs in IEFWS21D attempting to
dynamically deallocate IMSACB of the staging ACBLIB during DEDB
    Alter utility execution.

This problem occurred after APAR PI45422.

Problem conclusion

  • APAR PI45422 changed the way to invoke the staging ACBLIB
Services processor to serialize the staging ACBLIB access. This
in turn caused the ABENDS0C4 in IEFWS21D at dynamic deallocation
of IMSACB staging ACBLIB during DEDB Alter utility execution.

Module DBFDASP0 has been modified to restore to call the staging
ACBLIB Services processor directly for the master IMS.
