Error description

• Code change to offload the stripped text token in the
  SUMM_METRICS and SUMM_TEXT tables. A new column
  STRIPPED_TEXT_TOKEN in the SUMM_METRICS table joins with
  TEXT_TOKEN in the SUMM_TEXT table for stripped text.
