Error description

• (HPU 4.2 only) The parameter "User who runs the DISPLAY command
  (VUM028/DISPLUSR)" is not taken into account by the ISPF
  interface of DB2 HPU. This might result in an authorization
  issue reported by messages as follows:

• Run the ISPF interface with a userid that has the requested
  privilege to run the DISPLAY command.
