  * USERS AFFECTED: All Users of Program Restart Facility V2R2.  *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. When entering Option 6 (Job          *
  *                      Options), then line command I, to       *
  *                      insert a new job option, followed       *
  *                      immediately by any PRF or CANCEL        *
  *                      command, an ISPF TBADD error occurs.    *
  *                      2. An attempt to cancel out of a job    *
  *                      override update (panel IRTOPJ) causes   *
  *                      a return to the PRF main panel, instead *
  *                      of returning to the job override list   *
  *                      panel (panel IRTOPJT).                  *
  *                      3. When entering Option 5 (Global       *
  *                      Opts), then Option 1 (General), you     *
  *                      can enter up to an 8 byte entry for     *
  *                      the SYSOUT field, even though only      *
  *                      one byte is used.                       *
  *                      4. Various mis-spellings and            *
  *                      confusing help text.                    *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF that corrects this APAR.       *

  1. Command processing was ignored in this panel. This caused
  the logic flow to fall through and attempt to add a new row to
  the list of job option overrides even though no such row
  exists. This causes the TBADD error to occur.
  2. An invalid branch in the CANCEL command logic causes the
  program to return to the caller instead of returning to the
  mainline processing logic. The caller in this case is the PRF
  main panel processor, causing the main panel to be displayed.
  3. Panel logic to verify a one-byte entry in the SYSOUT field
  was omitted.
  4. Several instances of mis-spellings and confusing help text
  have been discovered.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. The program has been modified to process command entries
  for the panel in question.
  2. The invalid branch was fixed.
  3. Verification logic was added to the SYSOUT field.
  4. Mis-spellings and confusing help text have been fixed.
