PI46448: BATCH BACKOUT AND BATCH LOGGING IMPROVEMENTS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Batch Backout and Batch Logging Improvements as follows:
  
   - Symbolic substitution of DSN not performed.
   - Changed DSN not substituted.
   - Saved DSN from IEFRDER JCL.
   - Backout error indicated after successful backout.
   - Add IRT000I message 'BBDS deleted' to the JOB log.
   - Add IRT000I messages for 'incoming' and 'outgoing' logs.
   - When a backup is pending, 'auto backout' is performed
     ignoring the AUTOBKO specification.
   - Save BBDS information after an application abend. Also
     do not delete the BBDS.
   - New message:  IRT047I  BATCH BACKOUT INFORMATION SAVED
   - Bypass DFSULTR0 if logs have been closed.
