Error description

• This APAR will address Various Web GUI Fixes:
  - Specifications may become unusable after receiving message
  ARYZ024E when trying to delete a specification using and ID with
  no access.
   - Message "ARYU064E--The specified job cards are invalid" may
  occur after removing RI objects from the Select Related Tables
  panel.
   - "ARYX093S--An unexpected error occurred
  (./AryAgentRequestGenRecPlans.cpp,269)" may occur after removing
  all RI objects from the Select Related Tables panel.
