PI45701: CANNOT CREATE MULTIPLE IMPELEMENTED BY LINKS TO CR IN RATIONAL CHANGE

Rational Change Interim Fix 4 for 5.3.1.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When creating an Implemented By link to a CR in Rational Change
  from DOORS objects, Rational Change retains only the last link
  created. At a time, it appears to retain only one link, the one
  that was created last.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  - Add Rational Change as a Remote server in DOORS
  - In Collaboration Link Types, add Implemented By for Rational
  Change
  - Open a formal module
  - Choose to create an Implemented By link to an existing CR from
  an object, say Object 1 and save the module.
  - In Rational Change, the CR will show the backlink to the
  Object 1.
  - Go back to the formal module and choose to create an
  Implemented By link from Object 2 and save the mdoule.
  - In Rational change, the CR will now show backlink to only
  Object 2
  
  Expected Result:
  CR should show Implements Requirement link to both, Object 1 and
  Object 2
  
  Actual Result:
  CR shows Implements Requirement link to only the last linked
  artifact - Object 2
