Error description
A BMP was running against the same partition as an ORF job. The BMP was not registered with PRF or ORF to be paused. ORF issued the TOSI STOSYNC and CLOSYNC calls and the CLOSYNC call closed the dataset when the BMP was still running. The CLOSYNC call should have waited for the completion of all applications using the data set. This resulted in an ABENDU0832 in the BMP. This occurs with Tools Base APAR PI20938 applied.
