Error description

• The Fast Path Region Occupancy report may show inconsistent
  results when reporting on lightly used regions, such as 100%
  occupancy when there is a transaction count of 1.        FPRGNO
  
  This APAR provides an additional enhancement to IMSPA V430
  APAR PI41775 where we will further enhance the Region Occupancy
  report to use the Start/End times as per the IMS Log input,
  or time range as specified in the IMSPALOG input parameters.

  results when reporting on lightly used regions.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Fast Path Region Occupancy report was updated for IMS V13
  to use the x'5904' record in determining Region Idle time.
  In the calculation for the various percentages the Elapsed
  time was based, not on the overall reporting elapsed time but
  on the elapsed time for each individual Region based on the
  transactions observed in that Region. In lightly used Regions
  this made for inconsistent results in the report, this
  inconsistency has been removed by using the Input log Elapsed
  time/specified time range in the calculations for all Regions.
  In addition, some Not Active times were being incorrectly
  calculated, this is also addressed.
