APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A problem in the code resulted in a transaction remaining open
  if an error was encountered. This open transaction prevents
  subsequent updates in routing information from being sent to the
  Intelligent Management Enabled WebSphere Plugin.
  

Local fix

• Corrected code so that when an error is encountered the
  transaction will be rolled back.

  An exception was received when procesing information from the
  ODC. This resulted in a transaction that was never closed. The
  open transaction results in no subsequent updated ever being
  sent to the Intelligent Management enabled WebSphere plugin.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
