Error description

• Attempting to use Rational Asset Manager ram.setup 7.5.2.2 in
  order to upgrade the internal Rational Team Concert from version
  4.0.1 to version 4.0.7 results in Failure.
  
  You may see the following error message in the log files:
  "CRJAZ0106I The server is temporarily unavailable, the request
  for the
  URL "/ramccm/service/com.ibm.team.repository.common.internal.
  IRepositoryRemoteService" was denied. Please retry again later,
  or if
  the error persists, contact your server administrator."
  
  or
  "Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: CRJAZ1050E The version
  
  of the installed server does not match the version of the
  
  repository database. For more information, open the help and
  
  search for "Migrating databases".
  
  If you are using Oracle Database Server or Microsoft SQL Server,
  the JDBC jar does not properly get copied to 4.0.7 folder.
  

Local fix

• You may manually copy the correct JDBC driver to your 4.0.7
  folder and update your environment variable to reflect the
  location of the JDBC jar.
