• A hybrid app may fail to upload a file using a native FileReader
  and never get to the onload function.
  
  The following error may be logged:
  "A requested file or directory could not be found at the time an
  operation was processed." name: "NotFoundError"

  * Android users who have a file chooser in their application.  *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The user is not able to display an image after selecting the *
  * file through the native file chooser. Using readAsDataUrl as *
  * the file reading method, the file is not read because the    *
  * result from the native Android file read returns a blob      *
  * object instead of a file. On the JavaScript side, the blob   *
  * is not recognized and therefore a FileNotFoundException is   *
  * thrown. Blobs were not allowed as a URL type due to some     *
  * refactoring in the Whitelist to only allow file, content,    *
  * and data URLs. Blobs were forgotten, so left out of the      *
  * list.                                                        *

Problem conclusion

• Allow blob URL into the Whitelist.
  
  After installing the iFix, rebuild the Android application and
  redeploy.
