Error description

• Summary of changes
  1. Change message IPI0355I from type "I" to type "W" (Warning)
  which will result in RC=4 to indicate that a processing option
  has been changed. This message may be issued in certain circum-
  stances when the COLDSTART report is requested or if INFLIGHT
  procesing is enabled.
  2a. Address an issue in BMP to MPP program-switch reporting
  where if the Region type for a transaction is not known at the
  time of reporting, some Transit times were being incorrectly
  calculated.
  2b. Other improvements in BMP to MPP program-switch reporting
  regarding how parent transaction and originating transaction are
  handled.
  3. Forward-fit of IMS PA V4.3 APAR PI42935.
