Problem conclusion

• This update enhances Autonomics Director command security.
  Please note that security administration may need to be
  coordinated between AD and ITKB servers. If a user has
  restricted access to the ITKB repositories, then this user's
  access to the AD commands should also be restricted using
  the security system APPL class.
