  *                      job may run long time to complete on a  *
  *                      big amount of input data.               *
  *                                                              *
  *                      3. OMPE Batch SQLACTIVITY Report job    *
  *                      may encounter ABEND0C4 on DB2 V10       *
  *                      IFCID 96 processing after FPEC4030W     *
  *                      message(s) has been issued.             *

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. ABENDC03 with Accounting File allocated to Tape can be
  encountered because File was not closed explicitly before
  control returned to z/OS. Explicit Accounting File Close added
  to fix this possible issue.
  
  2. Not necessary data store reclaim actions at the end of Batch
  Accounting Reduce / Save job may take considerable time and CPU.
  These actions are now eliminated to reduce CPU and elapsed time.
  
  3. Invalid DB2 V10 supplied QW0096PC_Off field value may cause
  memory corruption to occur with subsequent ABEND0C4 in OMPE
  Batch SQLACTIVITY Report job after one or more FPEC4030W
  warning messages issued. OMPE Batch code changed to tolerate
  invalid QW0096PC_Off value without getting an ABEND0C4.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Code changed to fix described above problems.
