    ****************************************************************
IMS HP Image Copy does not detect RACF permission error for
output image copy data set name that is allocated by dynamic
allocation, when Image Copy function creates the image copy
data set on TAPE by using ICOUT= keyword.
When the output device is tape, the CLOSE macro confirms the
process of the physical close of the data set, but it does not
confirm the output data set permission of RACF is not checked.
It is done at the catalog process in OS process. CLOSE macro
returns RC=0 if image copy data set does not have any trouble
physically, so IMS HP Image Copy can not detect RACF permission
error. IMS HP Image Copy checks image copy data set catalog
status after all image copy data set creation process, and
indicate non-zero RC is set if CATLGERROR=nn on HPSRETCD control
card and data set is not cataloged. IMS HP Image Copy recommends
to set nn>8 as CATLGERROR= on HPSRETCD control card, if your
image copy data set is created on TAPE.

IMS High Performance Image Copy for z/OS Version 4 Release 2
    User's Guide SC19-2756-01 ( SC19275601 ) should be changed as
    follows:

Part 3. Running IMS HP Image Copy
Chapter 9. IMS HP Image Copy control statements and keywords
      HPSRETCD control statement
        CATLGERROR=
    | If the output image copy data set is not cataloged in the
    | system, IMS HP Image Copy returns the return code
    | specified by this parameter. nn is from 0 - 99. The
        default value is 0.
Note: This parameter is effective only for the Image Copy
function. If you specify a value higher than 8 for
              this parameter:
              - IMS HP Image Copy will not register the IC record
that has been detected as a catalog failure to the
                RECON.
              - IMS HP Image Copy will not process the remaining
DBDSs, which are not yet processed.

The new module FABJCCAT has been added to check the catalog
status of image copy data sets.

Following macros and modules have been modified that IMS HP
Image Copy checks image copy data set catalog status after all
image copy data set creation process, and indicate non-zero RC
is set if CATLGERROR=nn on HPSRETCD control card and data set
    is not cataloged.
