PI42584: DISCOVER MORE PARAMETERS WHEN UPGRADING FROM AN HPU V4.2 VERSION

Error description

• (HPU 4.2 only) Enhancement to discover more parameters when
  upgrading from an HPU v4.2 version.
  Without this enhancement, the discover process of HPU v4.3 does
  not retrieve the values of the following parameters:
  
  * LPAR parameters
     - VIZ015: ISPF messages library (SINZMLIB)
     - VIZ016: ISPF panels library (SINZPLIB)
     - VIZ017: ISPF skeletons library (SINZSLIB)
     - VIZ003: Load modules library (SINZLOAD)
     - VIZ006: Samples library (SINZSAMP)
     - VIZ007: PARMLIB library (INZPLIB/INFPLIB)
     - VIZ012: Product's DBRM library (SINZDBRM)
     - VIZ013: ISPF LOAD modules library (SINZLLIB)
     - VIZ014: REXX EXEC library (SINZCLST)
     - VIZ018: ISPF tables library (SINZTLIB)
  
  * Product parameters
     - VUU025: High-level qualifier for the DB2 Admin data sets
