Error description
If a message flow with MQInput node is not configured with additional instances then during each retry of the failed message BIP2628E, BIP2230E and BIP2666E errors are logged into the broker syslog file along with other relevant BIP error messages. But if the same flow is configured with additional instances then BIP2628E, BIP2230E and BIP2666E are logged only once after the first failure and not repeated with each retry to avoid filling the syslog file with similar error messages.

Problem conclusion
