PI42061: CSQU584E INCOMPATIBLE QMGR LEVELS MIGRATING FROM WMQ VER.7.0.1 TO VER.7.1.0

Error description

• Migrating a WMQ from Ver.7.0.1 to Ver.7.1.0, job CSQ457TB is
  executed to migrate the QSG, and it consistently fails on the
  Migrdsg step with the following error>

  CSQ5AUTL contains an EXEC SQL SELECT to count the number of
  queue-managers in CSQ.ADMIN_B_QMGR with MVERSIONH < 5 (i.e. if
  any are found then the CSQU584E error message is issued), but
  the SQL does not specify the name of the queue-sharing group.
  So, the customer must have some queue-manager's in
  CSQ.ADMIN_B_QMGR which are for another queue-sharing group(s)
  and which have MVERSIONH < 5.

  CSQ5PQSG with PARM='MIGRATE QSG ...' selects from table
  CSQ.ADMIN_B_QMGR to count how many queue managers are still
  running versions that are incompatible with V710. The SQL select
  does not filter queue managers for the requested QSG. Therefore
  if there are queue managers in other QSGs running incompatible
  versions this will cause CSQ5PQSG to fail with RC=12 and message
  CSQU584E is issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQ5PQSG with PARM='MIGRATE QSG ...' does only check the
  versions of queue managers of the requested QSG.
