PI42035: USING A MODIFY COMMAND TO "EXEC <STC>" CAUSES A03 ABEND, 0C4 ABENDS, AND SOMETIMES 0C3 ABEND FOLLOWED BY U2008 ABEND

  If a MODIFY command is used to "EXEC <STC>", components within
  the collector address space are already running, resulting in an
  A03 abend, 0C4 abends, and sometimes a 0C3 abend followed
  by a U2008 abend in the OMPE Collector which terminates, causing
  the Agent to hang.

  The <STC> member contains commands to start components within
  the collector address space.  Restarting them causes abends
