PI41940: DB2 ADMIN TOOL CCQC021S "GOCCM2" TEMPLATE - MUST START WITH THE "CCQ_LPR_JOBCARD" JOB CARD 15/05/29 PTF PECHANGE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After applying PTF UI27296 the GOC customization now receives.
  Template Error - CCQC021S The "GOCCM2" template in the
     "SYS.DB2.TOOLS.PROD.SGOCDENU" metadata library is not valid
     because the template must start with the "CCQ_LPR_JOBCARD"
     job card parameter.
  
  Also:
    Template will now use DSNA as SSID and no more the
  &CCQ_DB2_SSID
  and
     //LSCLIBS JCLLIB ORDER=
  has been deleted.
  

Local fix

• Add line 1: &CCQ_LPR_JOBCARD
  change  SSID=DSNA
  to SSID=&CCQ_DB2_SSID
  add //LSCLIBS JCLLIB ORDER=&CCQ_GOC_HLQ..SGOCSAMP
  before //GOCCM    EXEC GOCCM,

  When using IBM Tools Customizer for z/OS to customize DB2
  Object Comparison Tool for z/OS, the following error is
  observed:
  
  Template Error - CCQC021S The "GOCCM2" template in the
  ">hlq<.SGOCDENU" metadata library is not valid because the
  template must start with the "CCQ_LPR_JOBCARD" job card
  parameter.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  As part of the solution, SGOCSAMP member GOCCM2 has been
  disabled since it is now managed/generated by the IBM Tools
  Customizer for z/OS when using Metadata Library
  ">hlq<.SGOCDENU".
  
  Instructions:
  1.  Upon invocation of IBM Tools Customizer for z/OS,
      use Metadata Library >hlq<.SGOCDENU.
  2.  Navigate to panel CCQPWRK 'Customizer Workplace:
      DB2 Object Comparison' and use line command 'G' to
      regenerate job template GOCCM2.
  3.  On panel CCQPCST 'Finish Product Customization',
      select generated job template GOCCM2 with line
      command 'E', update accordingly to site-specific needs
      and Submit.
