Error description

• When in WAS the virtual host definition contains a mapping with
  a port number set to "*", the automatic detection of the
  endpoint of the administration service fails. The following
  message is emitted in the WAS server log :
  
  ManagementMXBeanImpl initOwnEndpoint Own endpoint (automatically
  determined) = null
  Could not determine the own endpoint from the application
  server's configuration. Please define the JNDI properties
  ibm.worklight.admin.proxy.protocol,
  ibm.worklight.admin.proxy.host, ibm.worklight.admin.proxy.port,
  then restart the server. Missing value for JNDI property
  ibm.worklight.admin.proxy.protocol or
  ibm.worklight.admin.proxy.scheme

Local fix

• Add in the virtual host the mappings to the http/https port
  number of each WAS server.

Problem conclusion

• When the port mapping is "*" in the virtual host, the endpoint
  of the MFP administration service takes the http port number.
