• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Classic replication received
  CECZ0400W IMS change capture halted due to inactivity from the
  936 subsystem PROD. The log reader service has not detected any
  new log data from this subsystem since 2015-05-12-23.29.03.8625.
  The current value the inactivity threshold is 72000.  Connection
  ID: P1-0000000.
  After receiving this message replication seemed to stop.

  Classic is reading IMS logs and verifying the timestamp
  information. One of the checks being made to verify the IMS log
  is incorrect, and can cause Classic to stop reading more logs.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code is changed to correctly verify IMS log records which will
  allow Classic to continue processing.
