Error description

• A Worklight v5.0.6.2 runtime APNs certificate fails loading in a
  MobileFirst Platform 6.3 Server. This happens when after all the
  migration steps are followed.

  * during the startup the error was incorrectly thrown stating  *
  * the certificate couldn't be loaded.                          *

Problem conclusion

• The fix ensures that the variables are correctly updated to
  reflect the APNs certificate is loaded and hence ensuring that
  its made available while connecting to the APNs server.
