• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' utility generation
  process driven via panel ADB2US 'Table Space Utilities' does
  not include the step 'STEP DELET1: DELETE OLD DATASETS' /
  //DELET1     EXEC PGM=IEFBR14 which was used to delete the
  SYSPUNCH and SYSREC datasets used by the UNLOAD utility.
  

Local fix

• Manual delete the prior invocations SYSPUNCH and SYSREC datasets
