Error description

• During  FTP from Load Libraries using FTP with the MVSPUT
  function the following error entries in the file transfer logs:
  MF1535 seq_read_file: eof reached.
  SC2675 dataClose: entered
  GV0179 releaseFile: release ddname
  GV0232 releaseFile: SVC99 DEALL failed RC 4
  GV0232 releaseFile: S99ERROR = 0420

Problem summary

  * When using MVSPUT to transfer a load                         *

  * but there is an SVC99 DEALLOC failure                        *
  * of RC 4 when releasing a temporary file                      *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Apply PTF                                                    *

  FTP didn't close the temporary file before releasing it.
  So the SVC99 DEALLOC failed with RC of 4.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed.
