| JCCREQUD(Delay | 0) |
Defines how long the JCC waits (in hundredths of seconds)
before issuing the request specified in SYSOUTDISP keyword
to JES (ex. sysout class requeue when SYSOUTDISP(Rx) is
used). The maximum allowed value is 500 hundredths (5 sec).
Any value exceeding this limit is automatically reset to
500. The default value is 0.
It is advisable to use the default value, or if needed, the

Explanation: The JCC requeue request delay value must not
exceed 500 hundredths of seconds (5 sec). The value
specified in JCCREQUD parameter of JCCOPTS exceeds 500.
System action: Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS sets
JCCREQUD to the max allowed value (500) and processing
continues. Note that this high value can delay operations
