• This APAR enables Smart Reorg utility to change the default
  value for the PIPEWAIT control statement. User can add the
  PIPEWAIT statement to the Installation Default Option Table.

  This APAR enables the Smart Reorg utility to change the default
  value for the PIPEWAIT control statement.
  
  If "PIPEWAIT=15" is coded in the HPSCOPT statements
  for creating an Installation Default Option Table (HPSCOPTI)
  as below, the maximum wait time is 15 minutes and it is applied
  for the both states; the open wait state (OPEN) and the read
  and write wait state (RDWR) of each PIPE ID.
