Error description
After May 6, 2015 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE) can not open any webpages which contain Flash (Activity Browser, QM Subsystems Management, Optional Alert Keys)
Local fix
CAE SERVER SYSTEM For Windows: 1. download PI40566.zip to the CAE Server system 2. stop CAE Server 3. unzip PI40566.zip into "<ROOT folder of your CQM CAE intallation>\webApps\webclient\flex\" (replace all files) (replace all files) 4. restart CAE Server For USS: 1. FTP (in binary mode) PI40566.pax into a PDS made with the same allocations as SCQMTRAN 2. Copy CQMCUPPT SAMPLIB member, and change CQM_CAE_CFG_PAX_PTF to point to the new dataset/member 3. run the JCL from step 2 NOTE: you should not need to restart the CAE Server in USS CLIENT SYSTEMS On client end-user's system: For all browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome): 1. delete all files in "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Flash Player\AssetCache" 1. a. For Chrome: delete all files in "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Pepper Data\Shockwave Flash 2. reload Activity Browser page in web browser (e.g. F5 key) NOTE: for many users, the AppData folder will not be visible since it is a "System Folder". Copying and pasting the path in the Windows explorer location bar should bring you to the directory if you still see Error 2046, try also clearing the browser cache: For Internet Explorer: In "Internet Options", "General" Tab, "Browsing history" section, a. click on "Delete..." button b. ensure the only selected checkbox is "Temporary Internet files and website files" c. click "Delete" d. reload page For Firefox: In "Options", Advanced , "Network" tab, "Cached Web Content" section, a. click "Clear Now" button b. reload page
